When I moved to Prague, as I was walking around I immediately noticed something. There were hundreds of billboards and OOH placements that displayed nothing but a strange black and white pattern. I asked the media team why they are like that and they explained that due to some contract issues, advertising isn’t allowed in them and they had been that way for years. I thought “sounds like they’re having a break”.
